Executive Sales Director – International and Western U.S. Republic Steel. Canton, OH. Role is remote and can be done from anywhere in the U.S.; no more than 2 trips per year required to HQ in Canton. Strategic advisor to CEO on all aspects of business and sales strategy for sales in Mexico and the Western portion of the United States. Develops and implements detailed international business and marketing plans, with a focus on markets throughout Mexico and the Western portion of the United States; Leads the development of international markets, creating and implementing business strategies to acquire new accounts and increase market share; Works with and manages distributors and manufacturer’s representatives throughout Mexico and the U.S. West Coast. Establishes strategic sales goals for region to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products worldwide.
Need 2 years of experience as Sales Manager, VP of Sales or other Sales Management role within steelmaking industry. Need 2 years of experience being responsible for developing and implementing all sales goals, policies, and strategies for a steel manufacturer. Need 2 years of experience directing the management of a sales function for a steel manufacturer. Need 2 years of experience in steel sales in Mexico and west coast of the U.S.
10% travel to meet with manufacturer’s representatives and distributors throughout Mexico and the U.S. West Coast.
